A signalling problem is causing disruption near Burton-on-Trent.
Because of this, there are delays of up to 60 minutes between Derby and Tamworth. These delays are expected to continue until further notice.
Passengers may use East Midlands Trains services between Nottingham / Derby and Leicester and London Midland services between Tamworth and Nuneaton / Lichfield to connect with services from Birmingham.

There are no 'cross-London' services between St Pancras International and London Bridge/Herne Hill at weekends, bank holidays (including Friday 6 April and Monday 9 April) or between 22:30 and 04:30 every week night (See below for a list of dates on which a cross London service WILL operate). This work is a key part of the Thameslink programme
During this time, customers should use London Underground (or London Buses at weekends only) to cross Central London. Outside London Underground operating hours, replacement buses will be provided between London Blackfriars / London Bridge and London St Pancras.
All work is expected to be completed and full service resume from Saturday 19 May 2012.
London Blackfriars Underground station will be closed until Sunday 26 February 2012. Customers should travel to Temple / Mansion House / City Thameslink stations which are close to Blackfriars. London Blackfriars mainline station remains open during this time.
A cross-London train service WILL run on the following weekend / Bank Holiday days:
