What should I do if my name or date of birth is incorrect?

European train tickets are all issued as named tickets. During ticket inspection, the name and date of birth will be checked to confirm the ticket is used by the correct person.


Once the ticket has been issued, passenger information (name / date of birth) cannot be changed and the ticket must be refunded and repurchased.
 

  • For manually issued tickets, if the ticket has not yet been booked, the information can still be modified. Please contact us as soon as possible for assistance.
  • For automatically issued tickets, once issuance is completed, changes are no longer possible and the ticket must be refunded and repurchased.
     

All refunds are subject to handling fees. Some ticket types may also incur penalties, and tickets with stricter rules may even be non-refundable. Therefore, please be sure to carefully check your details before placing an order to avoid any loss.
