How do I request a refund? How long does it take, and how much is the handling fee?

How to apply for a refund:

  • If you placed your order online, please reply directly to the “order confirmation email” to inform us that you would like to request a refund.
  • If you purchased through manual channels (such as LINE or email), please contact us through the same channel to arrange the refund.

  • A refund handling fee of NT$400 will be charged per ticket.
