Kansai Airport Express HARUKA :

Non-reserved seats in ordinary cars are included. For reserved seats, advance reservation is required. This pass allows up to two reserved seat rides on HARUKA trains.

• Advance Booking: You can reserve seats for the HARUKA Express on the WEST QR dedicated website starting from 30 days prior to your travel date.
• Booking Restrictions: Seat reservations cannot be made at station Green Ticket Machines or Green Windows (ticket counters).

• JR West conventional lines: Special Rapid, Rapid, and Local trains are covered.
• West Japan JR Buses: Only local route buses within the valid area are included. Highway buses are not covered.
• Additional routes covered with unlimited rides:
  • Airport Connection:
    • Kansai Airport (KIX) ↔ Osaka / Shin-Osaka / Kyoto via Kansai-Airport Express HARUKA (Includes 2 free reserved seat bookings).
  • Intercity Express Routes:
    • Osaka ↔ Kyoto: ~29 mins via JR Special Rapid train.
    • Osaka ↔ Kobe (Sannomiya): ~21 mins via JR Special Rapid train.
    • Kyoto ↔ Nara: Convenient access to Fushimi Inari and Uji along the JR Nara Line.
  • Heritage & Day Trips:
    • Osaka / Kobe ↔ Himeji: Direct access to Himeji Castle via JR Special Rapid train.
    • Kyoto ↔ Saga-Arashiyama: ~15 mins direct to the iconic Arashiyama Bamboo Grove.
    • Osaka ↔ Universal City: Easy connection for Universal Studios Japan (USJ).

• This ticket is an E-voucher and will be sent via Email once issued.
• Please access the user website via the link in your WEST QR voucher and follow the instructions to register as a member.
• Link the voucher to your personal account for usage.
• If multiple tickets are saved on a single mobile device, all passengers must travel together.

• The WEST QR Pass is valid for consecutive calendar days.
• The pass is valid from 4:00 AM on the first day of use until 12:00 midnight (24:00) on the final day (Japan Standard Time, JST).
• If you are onboard a train when the pass expires on the final day, your base fare ticket remains valid as long as you do not exit the ticket gate. Your Limited Express ticket also remains valid as long as you stay on the same train.

• Register Ticket : 
  • Access the dedicated website via the link on your voucher and input your ticket details.
• Activate on Travel Day : 
  • From 4:00 AM on the start date, log in and tap "Start Use" to display your QR Code.
• Scan & Go : 
  • Scan the QR Code directly at the ticket gates—no physical paper ticket exchange required!

Important Requirements

• A smartphone with mobile internet access is required during travel.
• Travelers without a smartphone can share and display their ticket on a companion's smartphone.
