What is the Caledonian Sleeper?

The Caledonian Sleeper is the UK's most iconic overnight train, connecting London with major cities across Scotland. What routes does the Caledonian Sleeper serve?

Both routes depart from London Euston:

  • London → Fort William (also known as the "Deerstalker"), passing through the stunning Rannoch Moor - considered one of the world's most scenic rail journeys
